Mindful Curated Presents An Evening of Yoga & Sound Healing at The Quincy (Private Event)

Enjoy and gentle yoga class lead by Melissa Kaufmann, CEO and Founder of Mindfully Curated, followed by a healing sound bath lead by traveling sound artist and healer, Danielle Goldfarb.

The  Yoga will include meditation, breathing practices (pranayama), and gentle movement to prepare the body and mind for the healing sound bath to follow.

An acoustic sound healing journey to relax the body, clear the subconscious, calm the mind, and activate your body's natural healing systems. Planetary tuned gongs, crystal singing bowls, Tibetan bowls, and other instruments are used to create a sound healing experience that vibrates and activates every cell in your body, clearing and retuning your energy, leaving you feeling refreshed and rejuvenated.

Mindfully Curated Ladies Evening of Yoga + Shopping for Nabeela at Midnight Rambler

Donation based yoga and shopping for Nabeela with Midnight Rambler

Melissa Ashley Kaufmann, AKA Melissa The Yogi, of Mindfully Curatedand Ashley Fankhauser of Midnight Rambler Boutique would like to invite you to a ladies evening in support of our bad-ass bestie babe, Nabeela Merali, in her fight with breast cancer. The evening will include donation based yoga, shopping, and tacos! 

Melissa will lead an all levels, donation based, deep healing yoga class where all proceeds will go to support Nabeela's financial needs during this time of healing. Suggested donation is $25 however less or more is always appreciated. This is BYOM (Bring Your Own Yoga Mat and props) however Melissa does have a few extra mats that can be used. If you know you will need to borrow a yoga mat or request specialty props reach out to Melissa so she can make sure to plan accordingly. A yoga blanket and block are never a bad idea to bring if you like to use them in your yoga practice. Practice will be in the Cobbler's Square courtyard so please dress appropriated for the weather. This class will be accessible to all levels of yogis! Class is from 7PM - 8PM. Please arrive early to set-up and sign a yoga waiver.

In addition to yoga class, Midnight Rambler will be donating 30% of all sales on June 12 to the cause! 


- Shopping any time during the day at Midnight Rambler

- 7PM - 8PM Yoga in the Court Yard of Cobbler's Corner
(please arrive early to set up and sign a yoga waiver as will
start at 7PM to be respectful of everyone's time)

- Post yoga - Taco Tuesday at El Jefe if you'd like! During Taco Tuesdays they offer $1 tacos and $5 margs.

We would LOVE to make this as special of an evening as possible. If anyone knows of a company or vendor that would like to donate anything for this evening for the group or as a giveaway prize please let us know. Also, if you would like to be included in another way please reach out to Melissa and Ashley to see if it would be a good fit.
