November is the perfect time to cultivate gratitude as we enter the holiday season;  Gratitude is a Mindfulness practice that can keep you grounded, happy, optimistic, and sane.

Incorporating a mindfulness practice of gratitude can rewire the brain and enhance executive functioning, which puts us firmly in the driver’s seat of our minds, and by extension, our lives.
